Hoverboarder Asked To Leave Walmart Is Arrested Trying To Leave In A Tragic & Ironic Twist

A man asked to leave Walmart for riding a hoverboard was later arrested… while in the parking lot leaving Walmart.

It certainly doesn’t look good for the cops in this viral video of them arresting this man for “causing a disturbance” in the parking lot.

Perry Briggs Jr., 23, was only recording himself leaving Walmart after being asked to, which is when his shirt was grabbed and he was told: “You can go to jail or you can wait right here.”



According to the police report, Briggs refused to leave the area… which is highly ironic because the entire video is Biggs trying to leave Walmart.

Briggs has been charged with disorderly conduct, injury to personal property, and resisting arrest.

Given a $3,500 dollar bond, Briggs was also held in contempt of the court for using profane language.
